We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

- Specifications, features, and packaging may change without prior notice as part of product improvements.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Benson Flame reserves the right to:
- Accept or decline any order.
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
- Verify customer information before dispatch.
- Limit quantities purchased per customer.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
In case of pricing errors, Benson Flame reserves the right to cancel or correct the affected order before shipment.
Payment Terms
We currently offer:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Approved advance payment methods
Orders above PKR 5,000 require a PKR 2,000 advance payment before dispatch.
Customers are requested to keep the required cash ready before delivery. Delivery riders are not authorized to collect payments through JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers, or other mobile payment methods at the time of delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier and transport partners.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Remote delivery locations
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Benson Flame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Order Inspection
Customers should inspect the package upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged, customers should report the issue immediately and follow our Refund & Replacement Policy.
Refund & Replacement
Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund & Replacement Policy.
Customers must record a complete first-time unboxing video as evidence when opening their package. Claims submitted without a continuous unboxing video may not qualify for replacement or refund consideration.
Warranty
Where applicable, warranty coverage is subject to the specific warranty terms provided with the product.
Warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Misuse
- Accidental damage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
